Shopping

So a couple weeks ago, Audrey and I went shopping. Seeing as Audrey has a great love for all things pint-size, she was all over this little pink......recliner?

Where she managed to nab that pillow is beyond me. It definitely wasn't originally with the sofa, ha.

I don't think she ever realized she was surrounded by doggie treats... :)

And then we found sparkly Toms. Oh man. Or were they Bobs? I don't remember...

Weekends

So Saturdays have become our family-outings days. Lately Roy has had at least most of the day off on Saturdays, so we've been trying to have some fun! A couple weeks ago we explored a new park...

Walked a trail...

And then we went to THIS place: Texas Pride BBQ! It's kind of a big deal. And it was super yummy. ..mostly because we had a Groupon. Groupons make everything taste better.

Audrey was a pretty big fan of daddy's new truck (Puppy is too).

Last weekend, we went to the Tejas Rodeo (sorry, it's all blurrified)

Bull riding, Steer wrestling, little children who hold onto sheep for dear life - it was great!! Seriously, we had so much fun!

We checked out the steakhouse, and it was pretty good too. There were lots of mounted animals on the walls...Audrey was intrigued. :)

 P.S. It was warm enough to spend the afternoon by the pool! Gotta love Texas! :-D
